Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cones

Today we are going to walk through how you can make your very own Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cones following this easy three-part process. The best part is that these are perfect treats to be enjoyed any time during the year, and for any occasion.

Peach Cobbler Stuffed Waffle Cones

Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cones use a base of waffle cones, that are dipped in white chocolate and then in white Oreo cookie crumbs. The cones are then filled with freshly baked peach cobbler and a delicious no-bake cheesecake filling. These delicious treats are amazing and will have everyone coming back for more. The three different parts of the cone are as follows:

Filling

The filling of these cones is made from a simple, yet very delicious recipe for no-bake cheesecake. This filling is so good, it will have you coming back for more.

Topping

For these cones, the topping is a fresh peach cobbler that is layered on top of the cheesecake filling. The result is pure bliss for your tastebuds.

Crumble

Coating the waffle cone with a layer of white chocolate and Oreo crumble adds another dimension of taste to these treats. These peach cobbler cheesecake cones are an all-around wonderful treat.

Kitchen Gadgets

Some helpful kitchen gadgets to have when making these cones are several different sized mixing bowls, rubber spatulas, 9×13 cake pan, spoons, stand or handheld mixer, microwavable bowl, food processor if you have one, and a cookie sheet. If you do not have all these things, don’t worry, you can improvise, and still be able to make these tasty treats.

Peach Cobbler Stuffed Waffle Cones with Cheesecake Buttercream

The delicious cheesecake filling to these peach cobbler cheesecake cones is almost buttercream-like but still tastes very much like cheesecake. It is a good combination between the two. Then combine the delicious cheesecake filling with fresh peach cobbler and the result is a gourmet treat!

Directions

Now that your taste buds are watering, we are going to walk through a general overview of the different items that go into making this dish as well as the assembly. Later on, we will go over the exact step-by-step instructions you can follow to make these amazing peach cobbler cheesecake cones.

For the Cones:

You may use any kind of ice cream cone that you desire. However, I have found that my preferred cone for these peach cobbler cheesecake cones is to use medium-sized waffle cones. I prefer these because they are large enough to have space for both the peach cobbler and cheesecake filling. Plus, you can dip the outside in your chocolate and crushed cookie and have your finished product look beautiful.

For the peach cobbler:

In making a peach cobbler, you can feel free to use your favorite recipe. I have included a simple three (or four) ingredient recipe so that the cones don’t become too complicated to make, but still taste wonderful. However, if you have the ambition, by all means, feel free to use a more in-depth peach cobbler recipe.

For the cheesecake buttercream:

To make the cheesecake buttercream, you will combine a few basic cheesecake ingredients, and whip them to make them soft and fluffy. One of the great things about this filling, besides its delicious taste, is that it does not require cooking. Simply mix it up and then add it to your cones, then enjoy the delicious taste. Make sure you save enough for your cones and don’t eat it all beforehand!

To Assemble Cones:

Before you assemble your cones, you will want to make each individual item and have it cooled and ready to go. Then to assemble, simply take your dipped cone, and add alternating scoops of peach cobbler and cheesecake filling. You can top with leftover cookie crumbs, or drizzle with chocolate. Feel free to add your own creative twist in making the cones beautiful.

Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cones Recipe

Now that you have the general overview of what you will be doing to make these amazing treats, it is time to begin creating them. Below are your ingredients, followed by step-by-step instructions on how to make this delicious dessert.

Ingredients:

Cone

12 medium to large-sized waffle cones
13 oz cream-filled vanilla cookies
12 oz white chocolate chips
3 Tbsp whipping cream

Peach Cobbler

50 oz canned peaches in juice
1 box cake mix, white or yellow (that makes 24 cupcakes)
1 stick salted butter
1 ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)

Cheesecake Filling

1 cup heavy whipping cream
16 oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar
½ tsp lemon juice

How To Make Peach Cobbler Stuffed Cones:

Below are some simple step-by-step instructions to follow for these delicious cones.

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F

Step 2: Start preparing your cones so that they have time to dry completely. Begin by tossing your cream-filled vanilla cookies into your food processor and pulsing until fine. If you do not have a food processor, you can place your cookies into a sealable plastic bag. Then roll over them using a rolling pin using your muscle to crush them. Continue crushing the cookies until they are at least pea-sized or a little smaller. Pour into a bowl.

Step 3: Pour your white chocolate chips into a microwavable bowl and microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between. My microwave typically takes between 1 minute and 1 minute 30 seconds for the chips to be completely melted. Gradually pour in your whipping cream as you stir the melted chocolate. Work the chocolate until the cream is completely mixed in.

Step 4: Dip your cone first into the melted chocolate and then into your crushed cookies. Place upside down on a cookie sheet to allow the chocolate to harden. If your chocolate is taking its time setting up, you can also place the finished cones in your fridge to speed up the hardening process.

Step 5: Now it is time to create your peach cobbler. Spray your 9×13 pan with cooking spray, then pour your canned peaches, including the juice into your pan. Add in cinnamon if desired and stir to combine. Next, sprinkle your dry cake mix on top so that the entire pan is covered evenly. Finally, take your stick of butter and slice it thinly. Place your slices of butter across the top of your cobbler. Place in the oven and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the top is golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Step 6: Your last component to create is your cheesecake filling. Pour your heavy cream into a mixing bowl and whisk on high until stiff peaks form, set aside. In a separate mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice. Whisk on medium-high speed to combine. Into the cream cheese mixture, carefully fold in your whipped cream until combined.

Step 7: All of your components have now been made, and it is time to assemble your delightful treat! Take your cone and add alternating scoops of cheesecake filling and peach cobbler until your cone is full. Top with a drizzle of melted white chocolate chips or a sprinkle of crushed cookies. Serve immediately and enjoy!
