4 cups drippings from cooked turkey
½ cup butter, melted
½ tsp black pepper, McCormick
½ cup all-purpose flour
salt to taste
Directions:
1. Carefully gather drippings from your cooked turkey and place them in a medium saucepan.
2. In another saucepan, add ½ cup flour and melted butter. Mix together until well blended and smooth.
3. Add a little of the turkey drippings to the mixture at a time, keeping it well whisked and smooth. Once the mixture in the glass has a fair amount of liquid added to it, you can pour it into the saucepan with the remaining drippings and whisk well until smooth.
