Traditional Greek Salad

Share:

This is the only Traditional Greek Salad recipe that you’ll need. We like to serve it with a good amount of fresh crusty bread such as French bread or sourdough, to mop the plate and seep up the wonderful juices in this salad. It makes an elegant lunch or is great served as a side at your summer picnic or potluck.

Traditional Greek Salad consists of tomatoes, cubes of feta cheese, cucumbers and red onion which can be served plain or even over greens, if desired. The vegetables are prepared in large chunks and tossed with the homemade vinaigrette recipe shown below. Made with good, ripe tomatoes, this easy salad bursts with flavor.
