2 large eggs
¾ cup brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
¾ tsp salt
1/3 tsp baking powder
¾ tsp baking soda
½ Tbsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup butter
½ cup vegetable oil
2 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350°F
