Rolo Pretzel Turtles

Share:

Life does not get any better than Rolo Pretzel Turtles. The heavenly combination of the sweet rolo candy, with chocolate, melted and smooshed into a salty pretzel and then topped with your favorite toasted nut. This recipe makes 30 pieces.

We like to use this recipe to make holiday treats for that special neighbor or grandparent that has everything. You know the one who doesn’t really need anything as a gift, but you want to let them know that they’re special and that they are appreciated? This is the perfect consumable (and somewhat addictive) sweet gift.

Rolo Pretzel Turtles

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F.

Place pretzels on a baking sheet. Upwrap the Rolos. Top each of the pretzels with a Rolo.

Place in the oven and bake for 5 minutes, until the Rolo just starts to melt. The Rolo should be soft but you will want to avoid allowing it to get to the point of completely melting.

Remove from oven, place the snack pieces on a cooling rack and immediately squish the chocolate with a nut.

Enjoy Rolo Pretzel Turtles!

IMPORTANT:  Eat as many as you can while they are still warm. That’s when they taste best. We think they’re quite addictive.
