½ cup boiling water
1/3 cup shredded American cheese

In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Serve over hot cooked pasta, vegetables or mashed potatoes. This recipe makes about ¾ cup sauce. You can also substitute 3 slices of American cheese for the shredded cheese.

Superb Rice

2 servings of prepared rice
1 envelope Lipton Chicken Noodle Cup-A-Soup with white meat chicken

To make superb flavored rice, mix the envelope of instant soup mix with hot rice that has been prepared. Serve and enjoy. You can also use 1 envelope of Onion, Tomato, or Spring Vegetable, depending on your flavor preferences or product availability.

  1. back in the 80’s we made a dip for vegetables with the cream of chicken cup of soup, cream cheese and mayo, would like that recipe.
