Ingredients for Homemade Air Fryer Hot Pockets

1 tube of crescent rolls (8 rolls)

Air Fryer Hot Pocket Ham and Cheese

8 slices ham cut into cubes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 

4 Tbsp melted butter, optional 

Air Fryer Hot Pocket Pepperoni Pizza

16 pieces pepperoni 

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 

4 Tbsp pizza sauce for pizza pockets 

4 Tbsp melted butter, optional 

Air Fryer Homemade Hot Pocket

To make homemade air fryer hot pockets, begin by opening your tube of crescent rolls. Typically, each tube of crescent rolls contains eight rolls. Pinch together two rolls so that they make four rectangle shapes.  

You can easily make homemade ham and cheese hot pockets or homemade pizza pockets. If you wish to make ham and cheese hot pockets, in the center of your rectangles, add shredded cheese, and pieces of cubed ham. Or, if you would rather make homemade pizza pockets, add pizza sauce, pepperoni, and shredded cheese divided between your four rectangles. 

Fold your rectangles in half and pinch around the edges. 

Lightly grease your air fryer basket, then evenly space your homemade hot pockets in your air fryer basket. Place the basket into your air fryer. 

Air fry your homemade hot pocket at 375°F for approximately 10 to 15 minutes or until your hot pockets are cooked through. It’s a good idea to turn your hot pockets halfway through the cooking time so that they cook evenly. 

Remove your hot packets from the air fryer, and brush with melted butter. Air fry for an additional 1 minute.
