Sweetened condensed milk. You also need a 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk.
Flavor extract. You can choose to use your desired flavored extract. You can use vanilla extract, peppermint extract, cake batter extract, or any other flavor that you enjoy.
To make your homemade coffee creamer, you’ll want to combine all these ingredients in a large jar, or container.
We recommend using 6 to 7 cups of milk, for 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk. You can then add 2 to 3 teaspoons of your desired flavored extract, or until the creamer is flavored as you wish.
Mix thoroughly to combine, then store in the fridge in the airtight container until you’re ready to use it.
Homemade Hot Cocoa Mix
You can also easily create your own hot cocoa mix. This is a powdered mix that can be combined with hot milk, hot water, or warm creamer.

Another substitute for this would be to use instant dry milk, or powdered coffee creamer. If you choose to use powdered coffee creamer, make sure to choose a flavor that will go well in your hot chocolate mix.
To make your homemade hot chocolate mix, combine powdered milk, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, powdered coffee creamer, and vanilla powder in a large mixing bowl.

To make homemade hot chocolate with coffee creamer, start by adding the cocoa powder to a small saucepan.
Add the granulated sugar and whisk until combined.
Next, add the coffee creamer, and turn the burner to medium-low heat.
Continue whisking over medium-low heat, just until the mixture begins to steam. This means that it is warm enough. Remove it from the burner right away, so that it doesn’t burn.

Storage
Room Temperature. Because hot chocolate is made with dairy products, it should not be left at room temperature any longer than two hours before it goes bad.
