Coconut oil. We recommend including coconut oil in your sauce. Coconut oil can be found in a jar at most local grocery stores or bigger box stores such as Costco or Sam’s.
If you wish to substitute coconut oil for something else, you can use the same amount of melted butter, or melted margarine instead of coconut oil if you prefer.
Sweetened Condensed Milk. Sweet condensed milk is another recommended ingredient. This comes in a canned form from your grocery store.
Because the milk is sweetened and in a condensed form it helps to sweeten your sauce and mix it all around delicious.
Whole Milk. We also recommend include a little bit of whole milk to help thin the sauce. You can choose to use your favorite type of milk, or even use 2% milk fat-free milk, or even heavy cream if you want.
You can also substitute regular milk for silk, almond, or coconut milk in this recipe.
How to Make White Chocolate Sauce
There are two methods you can use to make this white chocolate sauce. The first is to use microwave, the second is to use a saucepan on your stovetop.
In a microwave-safe bowl, add your sweet and condensed milk, whole milk, and coconut oil.
Microwave for 30 seconds at a time until the milk is warm to the touch. Do not allow the milk mixture to boil.
Remove from the microwave, stir together, and add your white chocolate.
Allow the mixture to rest for a couple of minutes until the white chocolate is soft.
Use a whisk or rubber spatula to stir until the mixture is combined.

Once your espresso is brewing, add 2 cups of milk to a small saucepan over medium heat. But the milk warms until it begins testing, but do not boil. Add a shot or two of the brewed espresso to the warm milk.
Mix your prepared white chocolate sauce until it is combined. Remove from the heat and enjoy!
