Ingredients

16 oz Refried beans
¾ cup chunky salsa
½ cup onion, diced
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
4, 10 inch flour tortillas
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

2. In a medium mixing bowl, add beans, onions, salsa and paprika, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir until well combined.

3. Spread ¼ cup cheese on the center of each of the flour tortillas. Spread bean mixture on top.

4. Carefully fold the tortillas with both sides part way in over the filling. Then, fold the bottom up over and roll the tortilla folding the rest closed. Place on the baking sheet with the folded side down.

5. Bake for 13 minutes.
