What You Will Need:

Endives
Olive oil
Thyme
Balsamic vinegar
Sea salt
Garlic

How To:

Preheat your grill to high heat on one side.

Wash your endives and cut off part of the base, but still leaving the leaves connected. Cut endives in half lengthwise. Let dry.

In a bowl, combine olive oil, thyme, vinegar, sea salt, and garlic. Mix together. Then brush onto both sides of the halved endive. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Take a piece of foil and spray it with cooking spray. Place your prepared endives on the foil, then place on the grill.

Once the edges have cruled and are brown, remove the endives from the grill. This should take about 4 mintues for them to cook on the grill. Place the endives on a plate and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.

Serve warm and enjoy!
