2cupsfrozen pineappleapproximately half of a pineapple
1½cupmilk or juice
½Tbsplemon juice(more if desired)
white chocolate syrup
1cupwhite chocolate chips
1Tbspcoconut oil
1Tbspmilk or heavy cream
Instructions
First, make your white chocolate syrup. And a microwave-safe bowl combine your chocolate chips, coconut oil, and microwave for 30 seconds increments until melted. Once melted stir in milk, and mix until combined.
Into the blender add your frozen fruit, chocolate syrup, and your choice of milk or juice. Add your lid onto your blender inland until your smoothie is smooth and no chunks remain. Pour into your serving glass, and serve right away, enjoy!
Notes
Please note that the original version includes coconut in the smoothie. We have included coconut oil in the chocolate which provides a lovely coconut flavor, however, if you wish to add more to the smoothie, this is definitely a delicious option.
