Spanish Chicken and Rice Recipe Slow Cooker is one of those great crockpot recipes where you can add the ingredients, customized to your liking and then let it go all day for a nice, warm and tender cooked meal at the end of the day. And the flavor is delicious.

Ingredients
- ½ cup butter
- 3-4 chicken breasts
- 32 oz chicken stock
- 16 oz yellow Spanish rice
- 1 oz Ranch seasoning packet
- Water (as needed)
Instructions
- In a greased crockpot, add butter and chicken breasts to the crockpot.
- Add the ranch seasoning on top.
- Add the chicken stock to the mixture in the crockpot. Cover and cook on low for about 6 – 7 hours.
- Remove the lid and shred the chicken. Add the rice and make sure that it is entirely covered with liquid.
- Cook for 45 minutes – 1 hour until the rice is done. Serve warm and enjoy!
