First, take a large skillet and add your own ground beef along with a little bit of water. Cook the ground beef over medium-high heat, until it is browned. As it cooks, make sure to crumble the ground beef. Once cooked, season the ground beef with your taco seasoning as desired. Discard grease, then set the ground beef aside to add to the top of your pizza.
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
Next spray a large baking sheet, with cooking spray then spread out your pizza dough. Cover the pizza dough with the pizza sauce, then sprinkle with shredded cheese to cover the top of the pizza dough.
On top of the prepared pizza, sprinkle beef so that it is evenly distributed across the top of the pizza. Season with garlic powder if desired. Add any other toppings that you may enjoy.
Add the pizza into the preheated oven, and set a timer for approximately 10 to 15 minutes cook time. Please know that the cooking time may vary depending on your specific oven. Bake the pizza until the bottom becomes a light brown color.
Remove the pizza from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes. Then take your pizza slicer and cut rectangular pizza slices before serving. Then serve and enjoy!
