Make the gingerbread simple syrup, first, take a small saucepan and place it over medium heat. Into the saucepan add molasses, brown sugar, and vanilla extract, in your desired spices, including cinnamon, clothes, ginger, and the optional nutmeg.
Whisk thoroughly to combine and continue whisking until the mixture comes to a late simmer. Turn the burner down to low heat and continue whisking as it simmers for one minute. Then remove the mixture from the burner and allow it to cool.
Making the Cremer
After the gingerbread syrup mixture has cooled slightly, select your milk of choice, and add the milk along with the simple syrup mixture into an airtight container such as a mason jar. Stir to combine, then store in the fridge until you’re ready to use your creamer.
Making Coffee with Gingerbread Coffee Creamer
Now that your gingerbread coffee creamer has been prepared, and has had a chance to chill, you can begin making your coffee. You can use this gingerbread coffee creamer for both hot coffee and iced coffee or whatever brewing technique you prefer.
