Cabbage Slaw With Dill

  • 1 head green cabbage, thinly sliced 
  • ½ cup chopped fresh dill 
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise 
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp kosher salt 
  • ½ tsp fresh ground black pepper 


  • Dice the onion and slice the cabbage thinly. Then combine the onion and cabbage in a large bowl. Chop the dill and add it, along with the rest of the ingredients, to the bowl. Carefully mix to combine everything well. Add carrots for color if desired, and add more salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy cabbage slaw with dill!
