1medium cucumber, halved lengthwise and cut into into 1/4-inch half-rounds
1cupfeta, cubed
½medium red onion, thinly sliced
12Kalamata olives, pitted
Instructions
Whisk together the vinegar, oregano and a sprinkling of salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Drizzle the olive oil slowly, whisking constantly until the dressing is emulsified.
Combine the dressing with the vegetables, in a large mixing bowl and drizzle a little vinaigrette at a time.Enjoy Traditional Greek Salad!
