Fresh Whipped Cream

  • stand mixer with whisk attachment


  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream 
  • ¼ cup confectioner's sugar 
  • ½ tsp vanilla 


  • Make sure your cream is very cold. That will make it whip up faster.  Pour the cream into the bowl. 
  • Add the sugar and vanilla. Start out whipping on medium speed with your electric mixer until it becomes fluffy.  Adjust the sweetness to taste, and keep mixing until the cream has formed soft peaks. Be careful not to over mix. Enjoy Fresh Whipped Cream!
