We highly recommend that you use frozen cantaloupe for this recipe. To freeze your cantaloupe, wash the rind of your melon, then cut it open and remove the seeds. Cut your cantaloupe from the rind then place it into a plastic freezer bag. Freeze at least overnight, or longer before making smoothies.
When you are ready to make your cantaloupe smoothie, add all of the ingredients to your blender.
Blend your cantaloupe smoothie ingredients until they are completely smooth, and no chunks remain. Add toppings if desired, then serve immediately and enjoy!
