To make Dallas BBQ Sticky Wings and Sauce, follow our instructions below which include preparing the flour mix, getting the wings ready, cooking the wings, preparing the glaze sauce, and glazing the wings.
Prepare the flour mix by whisking together flour, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and salt in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
Step 2: Ready the Wings
Drain any excess liquid from the wings and pat them dry with a paper towel. Whisk 2 eggs in a mixing bowl. Dip wings in egg mixture then flour mixing and place them on a baking sheet greased with olive oil.
