The smell is so delicious it can make you salivate just waiting for it to get done. There are key steps that can be taken to consistently achieve a perfectly moist turkey.
Fresh or dried herbs and seasonings: rosemary, thyme, garlic, parsley

Instructions
Thaw the turkey in the refrigerator over the course of 3-4 days.
Prepare the roasting bag by adding ¼ cup all-purpose flour and shaking it in the bag.
Remove the giblet bag from the turkey and cutoff any other unwanted items such as fat etc.
Rub the outside of the turkey with olive oil. Apply any salt, herbs and seasonings.
Add the turkey to the turkey bag and fill the carcass with stuffing if desired.
Close the turkey bag and apply the twist tie to the bag.
Poke a few small holes in the top of the bag.
Bake at 350F degrees for 15-20 minutes per pound, without stuffing or until an internal temperature of 165F degrees is reached. If you are stuffing your turkey, it will be necessary to increase the cooking time until the internal temperature reaches the threshold.

The recipe cook time will vary depending on the size of your turkey.
