In a skillet over medium-high heat, warm olive oil, and begin to brown your ground check. Once browned, add to your crockpot.
Add your remaining ingredients to the crockpot, stir, and cook covered over low heat, for eight hours.
Before serving, add your toppings, serve, and enjoy!
In a large soup pot, add ground beef, butter, and olive oil if desired. Cook your ground beef until it is about 90% completely cooked.
Add diced onion, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent in color.
Add Worcestershire sauce and chili seasonings to your ground beef mixture. Stir.
To your soup pot, add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Allow to cook over medium-low heat for about 20 minutes, or until your ingredients are thoroughly warmed through and have had time to meld together.
Before serving, add your desired toppings, serve, and enjoy!

However, we have slightly adapted the above so that it includes butter, Worcestershire sauce, and an adapted amount of chili seasoning. The remainder of the recipe stays the same.
