In a soup pot, combine canned diced tomatoes, chicken broth, butter, sugar, onions, and baking soda. Simmer over medium-low heat for one hour.
Near the end of the hour simmer time, add your cream to a double boiler and warm it thoroughly.
Add the cream into the tomato mixture, stir to combine, then serve and enjoy!
Before serving add 1/8 tsp salt, ¼ tsp garlic powder, a pinch of garlic salt, and 1/8 seasoning salt blend.
