1lbchicken breasts cut into 6-8 strips
¼tsppepper
¼tspgarlic salt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
Line baking sheet with foil for easier cleanup.
Make crumb mixture by pulsing crackers in a food processor or by adding them to a zipped storage bag and rolling them with a rolling pin until they reach fine crumbs. Add your choice of seasonings.
Place crumbs in a shallow dipping bowl.
