In a mixing bowl add butter, eggs, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Stir until combined and creamy in texture. Add salt, baking powder, baking soda, and vanilla to your mixture. Stir to combine. Finally, add your all-purpose flour to the mixture, stir at a low speed until combined. Once combined, add chocolate chips, and stir just until mixed in.
Next prepare your baking sheet by spraying each cookie sheet with baking spray. Next, using a cookie scoop, place your cookie dough onto your cookie sheet. Or roll your cookie dough into balls that are about 1 inch in diameter. Place your cookie dough balls evenly spread apart on your cookie sheet. Place into your preheated oven and bake for 8 to 12 minutes, or until cookies are baked to your desired amount of doneness.
Once your cookies are finished baking, remove them from the oven and allow the cookies to cool for about five minutes on the baking sheet before removing them and placing them on a wire rack to finish cooling. Repeat the baking process until all your cookie dough is baked. Serve and enjoy!
