Combined balsamic vinegar with sweetner of your choice into a small sauce pan
Bring to a boil
Cook over medium - high heat (lower tempature if needed)
Cook until it is your desired consistancy. Should take between 4 to 10 minutes (most likely less). You will know it is done when the sauce coats the back of the spoon.
Remove from heat and serve immediately or place in the refrigurator to store.
