Outback Mac and Cheese
The flavor is rich, and of course cheesy, but also has a steakhouse flair which is accomplished through steakhouse seasonings.

- 2 cups Elbow Macaroni Noodles
- 8 oz Velveeta Cheese
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- Seasoned Breadcrumbs for garnish
- Parsley for garnish
Steakhouse Seasonings:
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp brown sugar
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp onion powder
- ⅛ tsp nutmeg
- ⅛ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp salt
Add 4 cups of water to a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium high heat. Add noodles and stir regularly until they reach al dente. Drain water and set noodles aside.
In a medium saucepan, cube Velveeta into small chunks so that it melts easily. Stir over medium low heat and combine with heavy cream until fully melted. Add steakhouse seasonings and mix thoroughly.
Serve warm with seasoned breadcrumbs and parsley as a garnish. Enjoy!
