Lemon Popsicles

These lemon popsicles are made from scratch with only 3 ingredients. They taste so delicious, and the texture is perfect. You’ll never need to buy them at the store.

  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup sugar
  • cups cold water


  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together lemon juice and sugar until sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Add the cold water.
  • Pour into popsicle molds.
  • Freeze overnight. Remove from mold and store in a sealed plastic bag in the freezer. Enjoy!


Use a measuring cup when making this recipe. It would be easy to just make an estimate and be done, but if you take the time to use a measuring cup, the results are sure to be a success.
If you have the availability to use fresh lemon juice, then seize the moment and do it. It makes the popsicle taste better.
To simplify the process of filling your popsicle molds, use a funnel or pitcher meant for pouring liquid. It makes things easier.
If using silicone molds which can be quite floppy, set them on a low rimmed tray or pan to make them easier to move from the counter to the freezer.
Don’t forget to add the popsicle sticks.
