In a saucepan, prepare rice according to package. Make sure that there is enough for two servings.
In a large skillet, cook broccli with a little water and a drizzle of olive oil, until it is mostly cooked, but slightly crunchy.
Add cooked chicken to the pan. Cook over medium low heat until chicken is warm.
In a bowl, place half of the warm rice top with chicken and broccli mixture. Drizzle Teriyaki sauce on top before serving.
