Roll out one sheet of plastic wrap. Place turkey pices on it. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Turn turkey pieces on plastic and repeat with the other side. Place other layer of plastic wrap on top of turkey.
Using a meat pounder or rubber mallet, pound out turkey pieces to an even thickness of about 1/8 inches.
In a medium skillot cook oysters over medium heat for about 4 minutes, until they are warm. Add the suffing to the pan and cook until warm all the way through.
Remove one sheet of plastic from the turkey and place scoops of stuffing mixture on top of each piece of turkey. Roll the turkey around the stuffing. For each piece of turkey, take 1 to 2 strips of bacon and wrap around the outside of the turkey wrap. Be sure to wrap the bacon tight.
In a large skillet heat the oil. Place the turkey rolls in the oil to brown. Turn them about three times so that all sides get cooked. The turkey tempature should be about 170-180F to be done. You can also cut into the turkey to make sure it is fully cooked. This should take between 2 to 5 minutes per side to fully cook.
Remove from heat top with chives, serve and enjoy!
