Spray your baking dish with cooking spray. Place the puff pastry into the baking dish. Cut off the extra puff pastry. Usina a fork, cut some pin holes in to the curst. Brush the crust with some milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 5 minutes and then let cool.
Cut the papaya into small squares after you remove the seeds. In a bowl, combine papaya with lime juice and mix together well, so that the fruit is coated in juice. Place your papaya into the baked crust. Sprinkle with sugar (about two tablespoons worth).
Place the tart into the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the sugar has caramelized.
Remove from the oven and let cool.
In a mixing bowl, whip the whipping cream on high until lit becomes firm, but don't let it turn into butter. Gently mix in vanilla and powdered sugar. Scoop into piping bag and add swirls around the outer edge of the cool tart.
Serve and enjoy!
