To make coffee soda, we recommend using a mason jar with a coffee filter insert to brew the coffee grounds or espresso in the fridge overnight. Add your coffee grounds and water into the mason jar, then cover it with a lid and place it into the fridge overnight.
All you must do to make a coffee soda once your cold brew is prepared is add ice into your glass and then add equal parts cold brew coffee and sparkling water into the top of the glass.
You can add optional slices of citrus such as oranges, limes, or lemons into the coffee soda. Serve right away and enjoy!
This is such a perfect way to make coffee soda, and the best part is that it’s easy to make.
