Place two slices of bread on a hard surface. You can use either white bread, whole grain bread, gluten free bread, or any favorite bread.
If you’re making a meat and cheese sandwich, you can place those between the two slices of bread now.
If you’re using a spread such as peanut butter and jelly, you can add those after the bread has been cut.
Then use your sandwich sealer, round cookie cutter, or a large cup and press down firmly to cut through all the layers.
Discard the excess bread or eat it separately. You’re now ready to seal the edges of your sandwich. You can seal them by using your sandwich sealer or by using the tongs of a fork to press and seal all the way around the edges.
