In a small mixing bowl combine your ranch dressing, diced jalapeño pepper, cayenne pepper, cocoa powder, paprika, sugar, Sriracha sauce, onion salt, garlic salt, and cumin.
Stir until combined. Set the sauce and decide until you are ready to assemble the burritos.
Cooking The Rice For The Burrito
To make your cheesy bean and rice burrito, start by cooking the rice for your burrito. We recommend using a package of seasoned yellow rice for the best and easiest meal. However, you can make your own Mexican rice if desired.
Cook your rice according to the package instructions until it is done, and then set aside.
Cooking The Beans For The Burrito
Open the can of refried beans and add to a small saucepan over low heat, or into a microwave-safe bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of water and stir to combine. Heat over low heat, until the beans are warm.
Assembling The Bean And Rice Burrito
To assemble the bean burrito, first, place a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Next, begin layering your ingredients. We recommend starting with a layer of refried beans, followed by rice, nacho cheese, and topped with your jalapeño sauce. Roll the wrap into a burrito.
Next place a skillet over medium-high heat, and drizzle with oil. Place your burritos onto the heated skillet, and toast both sides until they are a light golden brown. Remove them from the skillet, serve right away, and enjoy!
