If you are making your own sauce using our recipe, we recommend you begin by first preparing the sauce. In a mixing bowl, combine all of the sauce ingredients and whisk thoroughly until it is combined. Cover and store in the fridge until you are ready to use it.
In the crockpot, add your raw chicken breasts, and the prepared sauce, or if using a bottle of sauce, empty the entire bottle into your crockpot.
Cut the block of cream cheese into cubes, and add on top of the chicken and sauce mixture. Cover with a lid and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours or high for approximately 2 to 3 hours.
When your chicken is almost done, cook the pasta noodles until they are al dente, then drain the pasta water.
Next, stir your crockpot mixture, and shred the chicken. Mix thoroughly until combined. Add prepared pasta noodles into the crockpot, then stir to combine. Serve right away, or turn your crockpot to warm, until you are ready to serve. Enjoy!
