Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F (218°C).
While your oven is preheating, thoroughly wash the potatoes to remove any dirt, and rinse your fresh broccoli.
Then take your potatoes and cut each potato into at least quarters. You can cut them into smaller pieces if you want them to cook faster.
Next, take your broccoli and cut it into florets. If you want, you can still use the stem of the broccoli by cutting it into bite-sized pieces as well. We recommend that all of the broccoli florets are cut or broken into bite-size pieces.
Now, when your potatoes and broccoli or cut, add them both into a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, garlic salt, and everything bagel seasoning. Toss to combine.
Take a rimmed cookie sheet in lightly spray it with cooking spray. Pour your vegetables over the cookie sheet so that they are arranged in a thin layer.
Add into your preheated oven and bake for approximately 20 to 30 minutes or until your potatoes are soft, and your broccoli is tender.
Remove from the oven and serve right away. Enjoy!
