Making beef with garlic sauce is quite simple and it is fabulous. To start off making this dish, first, be sure that your beef is cut into thin slices. If it is not you will want to carefully cut the raw beef into thin slices.
Place a wok or deep skillet over medium heat. Add your oil, minced onions, and garlic. Sauté the mixture for a few minutes until the onions are translucent in color.
Add your beef into the heated pan with garlic and onions, and cook the beef over medium-low heat until it is mostly cooked. This likely will not take very long, usually around 5 to 8 minutes.
When the beef is mostly cooked, add your soy sauce, corn starch mixed with water, and garlic salt to the pan. Stir until the beef is coated.
Remove from the heat and serve right away. Enjoy!
