Making your cinnamon roll peach cobbler is quite easy. Begin by opening your can of peaches in juice and pouring them into a mixing bowl.
NOTE: We recommend that you use canned peaches that are sliced and in juice, however you can’t use frozen peaches, or fresh peaches if you prefer. For frozen peaches, you will simply want to remove them from their packaging and add them to a mixing bowl, it’s okay if they are still frozen. For fresh peaches, you will want to first wash then cut them from the pit, and then slice them before adding them to your mixing bowl.
In another small mixing bowl add brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, cloves, and allspice. Stir to combine. Doing the step first before adding them to your peaches will help to eliminate the possibility of clumps forming.
Sprinkle your sugar and spice mixture over the peaches. Then stir until combined.
Pour the peach mixture into a lightly greased baking dish. This recipe makes an 8 x 8 pan, or you can double it for a 9 x 13.
Next, open your tube of refrigerated cinnamon rolls and cut them into quarters. Set aside the frosting for later.
Distribute your quartered cinnamon rolls across the top of your peaches.
Place your assembled cobbler into the oven and preheat it to 350°F. (please note that you can preheat the oven ahead of time, but you want to be careful if your dish is glass, you do not want to cause it to crack in the oven.)
Bake in the oven at 350°F (177°C) for approximately 20 to 30 minutes or until the cinnamon rolls are baked, and the peach cobbler is bubbling.
Remove from the oven, and serve right away along with some vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. You can even drizzle the frosting packet on top of the cobbler once it is baked if you wish. Then serve and enjoy!
