In a microwave-safe bowl, add your sweet and condensed milk, whole milk, and coconut oil. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time until the milk is warm to the touch. Do not allow the milk mixture to boil.
Remove from the microwave, stir together, and add your white chocolate. Allow the mixture to rest for a couple of minutes until the white chocolate is soft. Use a whisk or rubber spatula to stir until the mixture is combined.
Add to your drink or another recipe as desired. Enjoy!
Stovetop Method
Place a small or medium-sized saucepan over medium heat. Into the saucepan add sweetened condensed milk, coconut oil, and white chocolate. Stir continually as the mixture heats.
Continue stirring until the chocolate chips have melted in the mixture is combined. Do not let the mixture boil. Remove from heat and add in milk. Stir until combined. Add to your other recipe or drinks as desired. Enjoy!
How to Serve
This white chocolate sauce is best when enjoyed after it is freshly made. Please note that if it is stored in a cool location, the white chocolate sauce may harden, and need to be heated once again for it to melt. It is best enjoyed when freshly made.
