To make the dough, in a mixing bowl combine your peanut butter and maple syrup. Mix on high speed for a few minutes. Cookie dough so that you stop as soon as you begin to see the peanut butter mixture thickens. Please note that if you mix it too long, you could make your peanut butter runny once again.
We like to place our prepared cookie dough into the fridge for a few minutes and allow it to chill. This makes it easier to handle. If you wanted to set up faster, you could even add your peanut butter cookie dough into the freezer for a few moments of chill time.
After your dough has chilled, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 350°F. Form your cookie dough into balls, and place the balls evenly spaced on your cookie sheet.
We recommend allowing one and a half to 2 inches of space between your cookies. Bake your two ingredient peanut butter cookies at 350°F for approximately 6 to 8 minutes or until they are done to your liking.
Remove them from the oven and allow them to cool before serving. Serve and enjoy!
