Begin by creating your rub. In a small mixing bowl combine paprika, brown sugar, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix together, so that it is ready to add on top of your pork loin.
Next, take your pork loin and cover it with grape jelly. Sprinkle your rub so that it covers your pork loin on all sides.
Place the prepared smoked pork loin directly on your grill grate, close the lid, and allow it to smoke for approximately 2 to 3 hours.
Allow Pork loin to smoke until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove your smoked pork loin from your smoker, tent it with aluminum foil, and allow it to rest for a few minutes before serving. Cut and serve the smoked pork loin, enjoy!
