Homemade Simple Syrup
1cupgranulated sugar
1 cupwater
Instructions
Combine your granulated sugar and water in a small saucepan and place over medium-low heat.
Allow the mixture to warm, but not simmer.
Stir to combine.
Once your sugar is dissolved in the water, remove it from heat.
Allow the mixture to cool before adding it to your recipe.
Store any leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container.
