Prepare the garlic by removing the outer dried skins and mince it as finely as possible.
Melt butter in a saucepan then add garlic. Sauté over medium heat until translucent and slightly brown.
Add cream. Remove from heat. Add parmesan cheese.
Mix with pre-cooked fettuccine noodles. Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with parsley. Serve with cooked chicken, shrimp, or mushrooms if desired.
Notes
Garlic powder can be substituted for fresh garlic cloves. Begin by using 1 tsp and then add more to taste as desired.
