In a microwave-safe bowl, add your milk, and microwave for approximately one minute, or until it is lukewarm.
In a mixing bowl, combine milk, sugar, salt, and yeast. Stir to combine, then allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the mixture begins to foam.
Add eggs, melted butter, and flour. Stir to combine.
Coat your bowl with a drizzle of olive oil or any other kind of oil, then form your dough into a ball. Cover with a damp cloth and place into a warm dry location. Allow your dough to rise until it is double in size. (When unsure that the dough has risen enough, press two fingers into the dough. It will leave an indentation when dough is doubled in size.)
Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface, then coat with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Roll the dough. Seal well by pinching the edges of the roll together. Cut into slices that are approximately ¾ to 1 inch thick. Place the rolls evenly spaced in a lightly greased 9 x 9 pan.
Cover the rolls again with the cloth, and place back into the warm dry location. Allow the rolls to rise until they are approximately double in size. This should take about 40 minutes for them to fully rise.
Preheat your oven to 375°F, and bake the rolls for 20 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow them to cool slightly before adding frosting and serving. Serve and enjoy.
