In a mixing bowl, cream your softened butter. Then add in brown sugar and granulated sugar. Mix well. Add in eggs and stir. Next, add flour, oats, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla. Mix well. Add semi-sweet chocolate chips, toffee pieces, and peanut butter chips. Mix just until combined.
Lightly grease your cookie sheets and scoop balls of cookie dough onto your baking sheet. Space evenly. Bake for 8-12 minutes, until cookies have reached your desired doneness. Remove from the oven, and sprinkle with sea salt. Allow the cookies to cool before removing them from the cookie sheet. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
If you like your cookies to be thin, reduce the flour to 1 ½ cups and oats to 1 cup. Otherwise, the recipe will direct you to make thicker cookies.
