Have you had a Starbucks gourmet drink with caramel sauce and thought, “I’d love to be able to replicate that delicious StarbucksCaramel Sauce?” It’s so sweet, creamy, rich and flavorful!
Melt the butter, water, and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and let boil for about 1 minute until browned.
Reduce heat and stir in cream. Expect caramel lumps to form, whisk until smooth.
Stir in salt. Remove from heat. Serve warm or let cool and enjoy!
