In a small mixing bowl, combine your thawed ground turkey with your seasoning blend. Mix thoroughly.
Warm your griddle, add canola oil to season the pan, as it heats.
Remove small portions of your seasoned ground turkey mixture and roll into balls. Pat into patties and then place them on the griddle. Allow the patties to brown on one side for 3-5 minutes, before flipping to the other side. Once both sides are browned, check the internal temperature to be sure it has reached 165°F. If they are not fully cooked, flip and allow them to continue cooking. Once cooked, add your cheese, if desired, and allow it to melt. Remove the patties from the heat.
Place your hot sliders on rolls or mini buns, add your toppings and condiments. Serve and enjoy!
