Rinse and pat dry the pears. Cut them in half and remove the core. slice the pear halves into cubes. Add to a large bowl.
Rinse and dry the dandelion greens. Chop into bite sized pieces. Add to bowl with pears.
Add walnuts, blue cheese, onion and bacon bits as desired into bowl with pears. Gently toss until mixture is combined.
To make dressing in a small bowl, combine vinegar, oil, salt and pepper to taste. Whisk until mixed together completely.
Drizzle dressing over greens and pear mixture. Gently toss until well coated. Serve and enjoy!
