If your chicken is not cooked yet, we will need to start with this. If it is already cooked, then great! Simply warm it up. Grill your chicken over medium heat, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and parsley. Whisk to combine. Grease a frying pan, and allow for the pan to warm before pouring eggs into it. Once warm, add eggs and allow for them to cook on one side before turning. Turn and cook the other side.
Once the eggs are cooked, fold them in half and then half again. Add the cheese to the top so that it begins to melt on your eggs.
Toast your bagel.
Add the bottom layer of your bagel, chicken, eggs with cheese melted on top, and then your sauce and top of the bagel. Serve while hot and enjoy!
