At least an hour before, place your chicken, milk, farm dust, and garlic powder in a bowl to marinate. Allow to sit for one hour or overnight.
Begin cooking by pouring your vegetable oil into a deep pan, and turn your burner to low heat. Insert a thermometer to keep an eye on your oil’s temperature. You are aiming to cook your chicken at 350°F.
In a bowl crack then whisk eggs until combined.
In a separate bowl, add flour, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and farm dust. Mix to combine.
Now, remove your chicken from the milk mixture, and dip it into the egg mixture and turn it so that it is completely coated. Next, dip your piece of chicken into the flour and gently spoon the flour so that the chicken is completely covered. Take that same piece of chicken and dip it back in the eggs and then back in the flour. You want each piece of chicken to be coated in egg and flour two times apiece.
After it is covered the second time, you can now place it in your heated oil. Cook in oil that is at 350°F, until the internal temperature of your chicken reaches at least 165°F.
Remove your chicken from the oil and place it on a plate lined with a paper towel. Allow to sit for a few minutes until the extra oil drips off. Serve while hot and enjoy!
